I’ve waited 16 years to say something that referenced Street Fighter: The Movie. Today was that day.
Moving on, this post is going to be mostly a repost of information found on the 2K Games Forums for Civilization 5, but for those of you who haven’t been there, it’s going to be new information. No matter where you buy your copy of Civilization V, you won’t be able to play until the game unlocks in your region. Here are the unlock times that we know of:

September 21 @ 10am EDT (New York, Toronto, Fake Virginia, Miami)

Also, for those of you looking for a paper version of the manual, let me announce it now: there’s no paper version currently available, not even in the Collector’s Edition.
